About me: I'm Emily H. I usually go by my nickname, Emma, but call me either. ^_^ I'm also known as UniverseDreams here on DA and practically everywhere else online. I'm 18 years old, live in southern California, have a kind and fun personality, and a LOT of interests and dreams. I’m very passionate about life and music is my biggest inspiration in everything I do. I have many goals and I work every day towards making those goals a reality. The media on this account is extremely varied, reflecting all of my interests and crafts, and I hope you'll enjoy and leave feedback in the form of constructive criticism as I am always trying to improve.

About my writing: I am primarily a writer and in the future, I wish to become an author as my main profession and write many books. Currently, I enjoy writing a lot of fanfiction for my favorite movies, TV shows, and anime, as well as some original fiction. My primary writing genres are adventure, angst, romance, and hurt/comfort, though I write pretty much every other genre as well. My personal writing style is the 'third person, subjective' format with many of my own personal touches. About my art: In addition to being a writer, I am also a digital artist. I believe that I am beginning to reach an intermediate level with my art skill, and I am always trying to learn and improve my techniques. Art is still a hobby for me at this point, but I am trying to transition into a student with it as I hope to create art on a professional level in the future as well as illustrate my future books. I mainly draw fanart for my interests and stories and I also do a fair amount of original art for other interests of mine. I have many different art styles (I am not yet sure how to define or describe my primary art style) and I usually work in some characteristics of a cartoon's/anime's own respective style in the case of my fanart. My ultimate goals in art are to someday be able to draw realistic people, settings, and landscapes, and realistic planetscapes and spacescapes like one of my favorite artists here, Chromattix.

Hobbies/interests: I love pretty much anything having to do with the arts. Besides my main two hobbies of writing and digital art, I also love photography, dancing, ballet, singing, sewing/cosplay, arts and crafts, jewelry creation, fashion design, modeling, music, songwriting, reading, video-making, acting/role-playing, party-planning, cooking, walking, PC gaming, Neopets, and Webkinz. I love each and every one of my hobbies, but it's really hard to find time to be consistently and simultaneously productive in all of them. ^^;
